Looka went through its rebrand because of a survey conducted amongst its website visitors. Visitors from the US, Canada , the UK, and Australia all agreed that they wanted more than just logos. They wanted business cards, websites, brand guidelines, and a wide variety of other things.
“As we grew Logojoy, we discovered that entrepreneurs were looking for a one-stop shop to get all the branding assets necessary to launch their business,” said Dawson Whitfield, CEO of Looka. “We decided to start serving this need, but quickly realized that our name was pigeonholing us as just a logo maker. With our new brand, we’re well-positioned to grow our product offerings to include the many types of design that entrepreneurs need throughout their business journey.”
Now, Looka will offer its customers brand packages that include things like social media platform assets, designs for business cards, and logo files. Soon, the company will release a website builder product as well. This product has been made because of the company’s successful partnership with Weebly. Customers will be able to customize their websites with this new cost-effective tool.
Looka has really improved, and has really opened up its product range for its customers. They have listened to what their customers want and have expanded significantly. Now, this company isn’t just selling logos, they are selling true business tools to their customers. By making this huge change, they have opened up their range of clientele, their revenue, and their popularity.
