Any time a company redirects their market position, a commitment to change is needed. Pacini has done just that with the new logo, concept, menus and expansion plans into the United States.
Repositioning a Classic Restaurant
Pacini is taking their classic Italian Restaurant down a different path. The plan to establish their restaurant in different hotels across Canada and the United States opens up a brand new market for them. Pacini is looking to provide nutritious and authentic Italian food to travelers. Pacini’s slogan “Love of Italy, Love of Food, Love of People” will allow travelers to experience the Italian charm of their restaurants through the food and atmosphere.
Not only is Pacini partnering their restaurants with hotels but they have revised the menus. Pacini restaurants offer a bread bar and new authentic foods like Carbonara, Parmigiana Chicken Wings and Spaghetti of Bologna. The desserts have seen a new twist with Lemon Pie Dolci and Deconstructed Sugar Pie to name a few.
Updating the Logo
The old logo was in use for around 15 years. Not only did the logo shape change but the colors. The old logo contains a (giant) green olive and red tomato with green lettering. While the new logo is sleek with a white background and black lettering and a red tomato after the name.
